Product Description: We offer a wide variety of jewelry, each accompanied by a detailed description in our online store.
Prices: The prices of our products are in the local currency (€) and are displayed alongside each product. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
Availability: Our fine jewelry designs are produced to order. This condition will always be explained in the product description. Product availability is subject to change without prior notice.


4. ORDERS

By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age and provide accurate and complete information about your purchase.
Order Confirmation: We will send you an order confirmation email once we have received and processed your order. This does not guarantee acceptance of the order.
Order Acceptance: Order acceptance will occur when we send you the product shipping confirmation or when we deliver the product. We reserve the right to reject any order for any reason.

6. SHIPPING

We currently ship to the European Union.

Shipping Costs:
European Union: free shipping.

Delivery Times:
Shipping times vary depending on the product.
Estimated delivery times will be indicated on each product page.

Taxes:
All taxes are included for E.U. countries. All other international shipments are not inclusive of duties and taxes, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply upon delivery. We are unable to calculate the exact amount of duties and taxes your order will incur, as these charges are imposed directly by the country to which the order is shipped.

Uncollected packages: Shipping costs for packages not collected will be payed by the customer.


7. RETURNS POLICY

We are a small brand producing all our pieces to order. Therefore, we appreciate if our clients take a little of their time to verify their ring size or other characteristics to minimize changes.

Please consider that some of our rings need an adaptation of your size due to it characteristics such as Ring No. 90-20 two sides diamonds or Ring No. 45-20 two sides diamonds. In these cases we strongly recommend you to verify your size with us.
 
We accept returns within a maximum of 15 days after receipt of the order.

Procedure:

2.We will confirm the return order and send a return label from our transportation agency.
 
3.Pack your item using the original packaging. Please package the item with care to prevent any damage during shipping. Ensure that you cover any incorrect shipping labels.
 
4.Send back the parcel.
 
5.Once your return has been received, our team will check and authenticate the piece. Only when this step is completed will the refund be processed through the same payment originally used.
 
7.We will contact you to confirm that the refund has been processed. Please be aware that it may take several days for the refund to appear in your account.
 
Important Information:
All pieces must be returned unused and unworn, in the same condition they arrived in. Using the original branded boxes and bags, where provided, as well as any included documentation. Obsessive Collectors, S.L. reserves the right to refuse a return. In such a case, the item will be returned to the customer.
 
Customized pieces:
We cannot accept returns on any customized pieces, as these are deemed unsaleable to another customer.

9. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
