““The future is the source of new possibilities; the anticipation for the knowledge not yet learned, the skills not yet acquired, the connections not yet made and the results not yet accomplished.”
The method of play can be used productively when you venture into the unknown and freely experiment with the materials at hand. Seeing Glass works with a constructive unpredictability. Through the use of materials, colour and layering, unexpected effects are created, which interact with ones visual perception and the surrounding space. The mirrors reconstruct our perspective and propose a new reflection on the way we look at things.Presented are the latest results of this on-going study into optical effects made with glass as the primary material.
‘Seeing Glass’ is made possible by Van Dijken Glas.”
